Random Image for Album Main Photo?

I'm migrating to coppermine (trying) from Imagefolio.  Coppermine just seems a more solid and more frequently enhanced product.  One of the things that you can do in ImageFolio is have your album image be a random image of the contents of that album - thereby having a different photo each time.  I see a lot of discussion on the "random image gallery homepage" section - but only see how to select a specific image from the album, or the last uploaded from the album.  Is there a way to say random?

Awesome, I look forward to it.  It's a nice feature that makes your gallery seem dynamic/changing, when in reality you don't have to do anything between adding new photos.  Thanks.
