Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 Incorrect authentication data
any had this message back from server, plz help

Sounds like you are using SMTP.  Have you verified your SMTP settings are correct in config?

Thanks, for you reply I have tried all settings within coppermine and on server but with no avail, I have temporarly turned off email function!?

let me guess: you're self-hosted on your windows box. Setting up SMTP services can be tricky for newbies. If you set it up properly (as you're the server admin you have to do this on your own, we can't give support on server setup) and fill in the smtp options in coppermine's config, there should be no problem. If you don't know how to set up smtp on your server, you're indeed better of disabling email-related features completely.
