trying to upload pictures an error occourred...

the problem is I didn't understand:
I have installed 2 equal Coppermine but in one uploads are ok, in the other they are not.

I've now searched in the previous answer but can't find a way out.

Please help me  :(

chmod albums/edit to 777/755

thank you very much!
the problem was: in the folder edit the file index disappeared but I don't know how it's possible!!

I changed permission and copied the same file I have in the other Coppermine...
