Sorry guys it's another 'I can't get these two to intergrate' question

I've setup a fresh install of phpbb and coppermine.
I followed the FAQ and edited the bridging files and it's kind of worked.

If i try and login/register then I am presented with the phpbb screen which is good.
If i register in coppermine, i get a sucsessful registration followed by a redirection to phpbb, which is good
I can use the newly created account via coppermine and log into phpbb

I can not log into coppermine though. Not even the admin account.
When i try and log in, i get no error, but i get sent to the coppermine homepage as a 'guest'

Any thoughts?

bugger, I think they are installed into separate databases! will that give me this error?
don't try the above link as i will be 'playing with the server'

They need to be installed in the same database. Did you read the integration instructions?
