Can't Change User Active setting. Please Help!!

I have Installed coppermine on windows 2003 server and have got it running, but when i register a user, i can't change the user to active. I change it to yes and click submit, but it just takes me back changing it back to no. Please help......

please post a screenshot of the pages, highlighting what areas you click on. Do you get any error messages? If you're self-hosted, make sure your mySQL user has got the proper permissions (SELECT, INSERT, ALTER, UPDATE).
