stop ecards from user galleries

Hi,

is it possible to prevent users being able to send ecards from other users 'user galleries' without switching the ecard option off altogether?

If I turn ecard functions on for the users then they are able to send ecards from the public albums and from other members 'user gallery' but if I turn it off they are not able to send any ecards at all.

Does anyone know how I can do this?
