Help Needed: Many Errors Received When Trying to Upload

I clicked on the upload file in the admin panel and I received the following errors:

Warning: filemtime(): Stat failed for ./albums/edit/. (errno=13 - Permission denied) in /home/ebtalkc/public_html/eddyb/gallery/upload.php on line 440

Warning: unlink(./albums/edit/.): Permission denied in /home/ebtalkc/public_html/eddyb/gallery/upload.php on line 453

I was able to upload files the past few days and this occurred all of the sudden. Any suggestions on what I would need to do?

Search the forums for Stat failed for ./albums/edit/
