Hi.

I just deleted all users, enabled phpBB intergration.

However, the groups don't seem to be synced with phpBB, even though I did what it said. For special groups, such as private album, I need to make php groups and edit them in coppermine?

I don't understand the question. Please re-phrase (using more words and the proper terms). Try to illustrate your question (screenshot attachment and/or link and test user account usually are most usefull).
