http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#editCopyrights

Add any text you can think of after the "Powered by Coppermine" text by editing themes/yourtheme/template.html (plain html, don't remove the stuff in curly braces - they're placeholders for actual coppermine content).

Hi again:)
I know rules about changing "Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery", i've read FAQ  but i just wanted to add some additional text there like "Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery, addicional coding by MDX". How to do that when in template.html in my theme, there is no recalling to the "link" Coppermine?

Add your HTML code before the last closing </td></tr></table> tags at the bottom of the page, or somewhere that makes sense.

We do not post how to change this code, and if anyone else does, we will delete it.

Whilst most users of the site would respect the rules, there are those that would not.

Wait a minute. I don't want to CHANGE it like get rid off "powered by Coppermine" or somethig. I just want to add names people who add some mods and hacks to the core code. Thats it. I dont understand why u making so big deal about it. Thats my opinion.

Thanks TranzNDance for answering my question:)

The reason is simple here. If anyone know how to change the powered by Coppermine, it also means that the person has the chance to remove it. I don't see any problem adding those few lines under the copyright.

@binks,

I never said you would, nor did I intend to imply that that is what I thought, I just explained why we don't post it.
And Gaugau had already posted what to do, but you came back and asked again.

@casper

I asked again simply becouse i coldn't finde "Powered by Coppermine" in template.html:) That's all.
And i also think that to be correct with the copyrite low, there shuldn't be a way to remove that sign("Powered by Coppermine").
Now i know how to do that, but because i want to be fair with the Coppermine devs i wont do that:) Now i understand U're point of vew.
Sorry for misunderstanding:)
