Where can I download that add on that you can upload your photo's with the Windows XP Wizard?

try ftp://ftp2.chezgreg.net/chezgreg/
It should be in the cpg1.1/utilities folder
or user contributions folder

the site admins should be putting it up for download here soon..
You can also find it inside the 1.1.1release
