best rated views is empty

In my gallery the best rated pictures view you can choose from the menu is empty.
But there are many pictures that are rated so I can't  understand why it could be empty.
The other possibility that I wouldn't have the rights to view the pictures is also impossible because I am the Admin and there are no private albums.
So what causes the view to stay empty...

In Config, there is an option to show the minimum number of votes before they show up. Has the minimum been reached? You can change the value to match what you actually have.
