login problem

hello after the installation I do not want to announce as admin this go myself nevertheless, the welcome screen appear still then come I on the main side and am nevertheless not logged in!please fast someone can help me

make sure your browser accepts the cookie. The browser not accepting the cookie might have several reasons, one of them being your computer clock being set up wrong. For more details, search the board for "cookie issue", and post a link to your page.
