UPLOAD NOT WORKING

Hi, ???
Could some PLEASE tell want I need to do to fix this,

P.S. I don't like being shouted at - in fact nobody does ::). Posting on the wrong board in the first place, creating extra moderation effort for us to move your posting doesn't make supporters less reluctant to help... >:(
