Big problem accessing Coppermine
« on: November 03, 2003, 12:37:45 pm »

I've a strange problem. Coppermine works flawlessly only from Internet Explorer from a Macintosh. Safari and Mozilla show garbled text when I try to access Coppermine and Internet Explorer under Windows ask me if I want to download something :shock:

If you wanna try http://www.kog.it/album

What is the problem?

Oh....I know check your encoding setting....perhaps you goofed that up by mistake.  That might explain why text would be getting garbled when you visit.  I would suggest setting your browser to auto and see if that helps.

@Andrea:
as everyone reports your page to look OK, it seems your machine that causes the garbled display. Are you using output compression and are you using a proxy? Try this: edit your browser config (advanced tab) and set HTTP 1.1 to "yes".
