Upload works and but no outpu

I have installed Coppermine with phpnuke 6.8. I have created an album. When I upload a picture to an album, Coppermine dissapeares and my screen only displays the header. I go in under ftp and notice that the albums were created properly for the user. The file uploaded also made it to the proper directory. But nothing is displayed. I do not show anything listing a thumbnail. How do I know where this is hanging up..

Double check and make sure you have installed the right version reload the original file(picmgmtbatch.inc.php and picmgmt.inc.php from the distribution (coppermine1.1d.zip). This is a strange bug and may require FTP access or more infomation.... what theme etc...

Tried what you suggested, no luck. I am using a default theme.. I dont know what else to try. The link is http://www.fishingnw.com/modules.php?name=coppermine.

I should add that the directory becomes created.. The main picture is uploaded to this directory. There is not sign of a created thumb. Does it have another extension?
