Please help cannot upload coppermine gallery...

Am attempting to upload for the first time - am using ftp through dreamweaver as per usual and have followed all instructions in documentation but I am getting the following error message on selected files (many in images folder). Am I being stupid - was under impression I was fairly web savvy but am completely stuck - have made about 10 attempts now and am getting nowhere and it's almost tea time!! Please write back if you can shed any light.

looks like what it says, a permission problem.
Anyway not a post for this forum, pnCPG starts to work after Coppermine is fully operational.

Try using an actual FTP client instead of uploading through Dreamweaver.
