This might be a language issue - I hardly understand what you mean, maybe you should use more words in your next posting to clearly explain what you want to accomplish.
1) Upgrade from cpg1.3.0 to cpg1.3.2, as this fixes some known issues/bugs
2) There's a mod that does this for cpg1.2.x: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=5894.0 You might want to adjust it to make it work with cpg1.3.x

haha, yes, sorry for my lousy english, but i am really wondering can copper mine act as some online photo album service offered by quite a number sites.

sure it can be used that way, it's all a matter of proper setup. What exactly do you want to accomplish? I recommend you set coppermine up, create some test users and play around with it (take a look at the documentation that comes with coppermine).
