Hey!

I need help!!!    I need to delete some albulms from my gallery! I removed the albums from server (using ftp), but now when I go to my album list, pick the category, choose the album and click on delete, I get a error message saying that the album is protected and so it canŽt be deleted. What should I do???

You should not delete by ftp, but by using coppermines delete functions.  When you delete by ftp, the database is not updated, and you end up with the situation you have.

You will have to use your database tool to edit the database, to remove the entries for the albums and pics you deleted.

Alternatively, if you can, put the folders and pics back on the server, in the same places, and then use coppermine to delete them.
