MySQL?

I feel very stupid at the moment, but I have no idea what a MySQL is. Upon installation it's asking me for MySQL username, password, etc, but I don't know where to find it or what it is. Anyone able to help?

It is a database system. Your host should tell you if you have it installed and how to connect to it.
