Removing The Random pictures/Latest Additions Section

Hello,

I am wondering if someone can help me with remvoing the automated sections 'Random pictures' & 'Latest Additions'. I have a gallery that contains material that may not be suitable for all people and would like to make sure those pictures do not get displayed with out the viewers request. Thus I want to get rid of these sections to solve this.

Any help would be great,
