there are NO instructions on how to get a pix on that page or on this site that I can find. WHY?? >:(

how about the information the the docs that come with coppermine? What additional info do you need. If you get an actual error message, post it.
Next time, please post on the proper board (I moved your posting from "General discussion" to "CPG1.3.x support, sub-board "Upload"). If you want a supporter to look into details, post a test user account (non-admin) with upload privileges.
I recommend you calm down and review your attitude - this is a free software created and maintained by unpaid volunteers.
