Can CPU support the resolution greater than 1024x768!? If so, how to set~~~  ???

CPU?  Are you asking if your server can process pictures larger than 1024x768?

read the sticky threads on the upload sub-board, they explain what server settings have an impact on coppermine. If you're webhosted, you can't change any of those though - they can only be changed by people who actually administer the server.
