phpBB2 running on MS SQL Server
« on: October 04, 2004, 09:00:30 pm »

NOT mySQL.

Sadly, I inherited a website & bulliten board installed using SQL server.  Hosting company only uses windows, but DOES support php and perl, but uses IIS instead of Apache.  BBS was installed using a SQL Server database instead of a mySQL one.

I would like to add a photo gallery to the site, but utilize the existing user & groups database in the phpbb2 tables.   I use Coppermine for my personal site, but that is Linus with mySQL...

Is there a way to get Coppermine to talk to the SQL Server tables?

If no, can you guys recommend a photo gallery that can use the SQL tables?

Thx,
