I installed the gallery fine, but for some reason the 'gallery' folder was deleted off the server.... once reinstalled i get the following error and cannot delete any 'previous' pictures..

Directory 'albums/userpics/10003/' is not writable, pictures can't be deleted

I've just upgraded to the latest version and it's still broke :(

Website is www.astra-mk2.com

Thanks for any help :)

Some detective work tells me this is a support request for Coppermine 1.2.0 Standalone. Your server is Apache/1.3.27.
so you deleted all the pictures in the albums folder when you deleted the gallery folder?.... do you have a backup? if not you will have to start over, go to phpmyadmin open to the database you use. Next to cpg_pictures(or whatever the pictures table is called) chose the command empty this will delete all references in the db to the pics(so backup if you think you may recover the pics later).

and because it's a support request, I moved it from "genral discussion" to the proper support board where it should have been posted in in the first place.

@Steve: nice subject line, we definitely need more users that are so creative when choosing a subject :?
