Hi There,

I am having a bit of difficulty from a users point of view. Here's how it goes:

I have added 4 categories from the admin section.

Then I login as a user and create an album, but I want the album to be displayed into a category other than User Gallery.

If someone can help me here, I would much appreciate it.

Only the admin can create albums in the main area. Users are restricted to creating albums inside user galleries. Create the albums yourself and then allow user uploads to them.

Thanks for the reply. But the thing is the users aren't able to create albums under the categories that I already set. Like I am happy for them to go into User Galleries, but they can't seem to upload to the other categories. I tried everything.

I don't want them to be able to create new categories but I want them to be able to put albums in the categories that are already set on the site. Could you please advise of what I am doing wrong here. I feel right silly :S

You are not doing anything wrong.  That's just the way it is.
Users can only create albums in the user galleries category, nowhere else.

But users can upload into albums you create in these categories, providing you set these albums properties to allow visitors to upload.
