I am very happy I installed my gallery finally!  But I can not add pics!  What I will do is I will go and login and I create a album!  But I do not know hwo to add pics!  Can someone help me?

If you cannot work out what to do, after reading the docs, and reading through the stickies in the upload forum, then please post here, exactly what your problem is.  Is something not working, or is it something you just do not understand?

The batch thing!  I put the pics in the albums folder on ftp and press batch add files and says this:

You need at least one album to use this function

I have a album already though!

You cannot upload because you have no albums to put pics into. Make a few albums and allow uploads to them.

You need albums to put the pics in.  The categories can contain albums, but not pics by themselves.

So use the 'albums' kink in the admin menu, and create an album.  You will then be able to add pics to the album.

Note, when you ftp pics to the server, you should create new folders, inside the 'albums' folder, and put your files there.

...and you should read the docs and the answers give by supporters more thoroughly. TranzNDance told you to read the docs and you reply with a question that can be found in the docs. Nibbler told you to create albums, and you reply you have created categories. It's no problem if you don't know your way around, but it's a problem if you make life harder for people trying to help you if you don't do what they suggest.
