Create/Manage Albums has dissappeard !

I have a problem ! I don`t konw what i have done, but the menu with the create/manage my albums category has dissappeard !! Please help me ! Tell me what to do !

Click on the link "Mod admin" beside "FAQ" at the top of your page

Hey guys ! Thanks for the answers .. but i have explained my problem wrong !
The users ( not me, the admin ) cannot see the create/manage album button and the other buttons that were in that menu. Also the users cannot delete their own pictures or delete the comments that have been made to their own pictures. I know there is a setting somewhere ... but i do not know where .. please help !

Click on the link "Mod admin" beside "FAQ" at the top of your page

users can click on the "Mod admin" link to enable "the create/manage album button and the other buttons that were in that menu"

did you disable " Users can have private albums" in coppermine config?
