I have the same problem, when I am a guest (with full rights to upload) uploading a jpeg image
gives this error:

The file 'albums/userpics/10005/dhlyellow.JPG' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

I emailed my host and they said there is no problem with my websever.

What can be wrong?
