Thumbnail Size
« on: February 07, 2021, 12:27:00 pm »

Hi,

I know the solution is probably very simple but I'm dumb and struggling. Currently, my thumbnails are showing up at their original dimensions instead of cropped so there's a uniform display. How and where can I change this? This is my second gallery and my first, the theme, I guess, had all its settings as required so I didn't have issues. I tried to copy all the settings in configuration so I'm assuming I'll need to edit something in the theme.php or css instead? But can't work out what...

Additionally, currently the thumbnails seem to be of a really poor quality. I made sure I'd selected the sharpening in the config; is there something else I need to do?

Would appreciate assistance.

Current display of albums on website: http://whisperedwords-gallery.info/gallery/index.php?cat=19

Example of albums on other website: http://shefani-gallery.com/index.php?cat=199

You'll need to set the thumbnails settings on the gallery in question to the same that are working on the other gallery.
https://coppermine-gallery.net/docs/curr/en/configuration.htm#admin_thumb_start
Then you'll need to use the Admin Tools to regenerate the thumbnails based on those settings.
