How to change link to images

I named my images with Swedish national characters.
Shouldn't have, I know. My web hotel upgrades something, and now the links to my images doesn't work in some cases but not all.
My web hotel support has done all they can. Now my question is: Can I somehow change the links, so I don't have to upload them all again?
I can upload my images again, but I don't want to add all the keywords again, and I want to keep the comments and the hit counts.
What is my best appaoch? Any help appreciated.

Late reply, as you somehow posted outside the support categories. If you issue still exists, you need to adjust the file names in the MySQL database with a tool like phpMyAdmin.
