How to change topic

Have a problem. Just installed latest version of CG 1.5.46 to my website http://dolphlundgren-fan.eu/gall/ When I login as admin I get this panel (attached). Under the Config link there's nothing I need. Just the Kayword Manager, Plugin Manager, Bridge Manager and the Update Database. But where can I find the place where I change the theme, make the changes on max file size etc?

On older CG versions it was easy, just the Configuration and everything was found there.
The theme it self I want to display is http://dolphlundgren-fan.eu/gall/index.php?theme=dl2015

I'm sorry if this kind of topic was already answered couldn't find it on the Search.

You are not the first to be stumped by that lol. Click on the word "config". It is not just a drop down, but a link in itself.
