MySQL install issue

I seem to have an issue installing Coppermine. It's saying Coppermine isn't compatible why my MySQL version (3.8.5) and that i need at least 3.23.23.

Does this mean Coppermine doesn't support 3.8.5 or is there a different issue?

I also seem to get the following errors.
