Error moving file

There was an error moving the file 'C:\wamp\tmp\phpECE9.tmp' to its destination '10001/thumb_14_The_Trouble_with_MrBean_DVDRip_XviD.jp

How can i fix this?

It sounds like a file permissions problem. It is almost certainly something you will need to investigate for yourself as I am certain it is not Coppermine related but instead to do with your self hosting setup.
