Albums/edit/index.php missing
« on: April 03, 2012, 07:56:35 pm »

Hi,
I did the version check after upgrading to the new version and I get Albums/edit/index.php  and not FTP uploads files missing.
I didn't touch the albums folder during the upgrade
Everything seems to be working fine, so I don't know if I really need these files anymore?

That files won't affect Coppermine's functionality.

Thanks Andre,
I don't have to re-upload these files then, right?

It's recommended, but not required.

Please can you explain in what cases would I need those files?
I  came across this thread http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,74405.0.html but the poster said he got hacked and his host removed the files.
I haven't been hacked and I didn't delete those files, who else other than my host and why would have deleted them?

Please don't make a mountain out of a molehill. Just upload the files to your gallery if you're scared why they'll be listed in the version check. Depending on what you did it the past or from which version you upgraded it may be normal that those files don't exist. It doesn't mean that you got hacked.
