How to get photos back on after upgrading....Think I did something wrong

So I think that I upgraded my gallery wrong.

What I did is that I went to my FTP program and I deleted all the files but the folder labeled 'album' then I just added the new ones. But know I don't have any photos in my album I was wondering if there is a way to get them back on without re adding them. Thank you for any help.

the address is lexiainsworth,org.gallery it is off line at the moment because there is nothing in it

Short answer: restore include/config.inc.php
