Manage user's "not working"
« on: October 13, 2011, 03:42:49 am »

Hi.

I just installed Coppermine and have 6 users.  I'd like to edit their profiles, but everything I check or do... the change is not made.  I can't even delete users.  I am admin.  What is going on?  No bridging...

Thanks.

What exactly happens? Which browser do you use?

Say I want to delete a user.  I go to "users" from the admin control panel, put a check in the box next to their name, select delete from the dropdown, and then submit.  Then it redirects me to index.php.  When I go back into users the user has not been deleted.  The same thing happens when I try to change anything in a user's profile.

The same happens in both Firefox and Explorer.  Have also tried two different computers.

After you submitted the form you get usually redirected to delete.php and when you select "Continue" on that page you'll see the user manager again.

Please replace all Coppermine files with fresh copies from the official package. Maybe some file(s) got corrupted during upload.
