Keyword match alert plugin

Hi,

I'm looking for a plugin that would allow users to be alerted via email when certain keywords (or combination of keywords) are matched when a new picture is added to the gallery. Users should be able to create multiple alerts from their profile page. This is a serious request and it's for https://adpharm.net
