Plugin: for put ads on "displayimage.php"

looking for somebody make me a plugin for put ads (image,java,iframe,etc) on "displayimage.php"
    
im using theme evil incarnate for cpg1.5.x

budget: $20

see the attached image for what i want  :D

What you want done is easily themed, are you sure you want to pay someone to build a plugin for this?

Sort of, you'll have to add your code in theme.php and style.css. All basic stuff.
