PM-Feature in 1.5 Branch

Hi,

i know that CPG is not developed as "Communitysystem" but i asking here however for an PM-Feature like in Stramms Modpack for the 1.4 Branch.
Maybe for the most CPG's PM's are not fundamental but i have build a CPG for photographers and meanwhile we are nearly 100 Users.
The uploaded daily many pics an comment this and a community has build automatically. All users profit from the PM's and use it so much.

Can anywhere here develop a PM-Feature ?
Is it already in building ?

I don't think that this feature will go to core, even if I personally would use it ;). Of course it's possible to create a plugin (or port it to cpg1.5.x if there is one for cpg1.4.x).
