Bridge working for admin but not for registered users
« on: March 25, 2010, 03:10:48 am »

Had the bridge working perfectly for admin and registered users, but the template for some reason got stretched, while trying to fix that I thought I'll give restore ing back to factory defaults - fixed the template stretch but site users signing into the phpBB3 forum cannot have access to the gallery tabs to upload photos etc.

Any ideas please what could have changed by running the restore back to factory defaults ?

Recover from failed bridging
Restoring factory defaults in coppermine's config does not disable bridging, but sets everything back to the moment you installed. Not a bright idea. Restore your backup if you have reset your gallery to factory defaults. It might help as well if you did as suggested per board rules, usually makes supporters willing to look into your issues in detail instead of just dumping a canned response: it shows that you at least have tried...

Cheers guys - yes will follow protocol next time  :)

Problem solved, missed allowing registered users in setting first time round.
