How to recover userpics? after upgrade

All my albums now showing after upgrade to 1.4.19 however dont know how to restore backup of userpics of which there are several hundred in different albums. I hope there is an easy way to do it  ::)

Posting a link to your gallery might help for a start. Board rules say so as well. So please do as board rules suggest.

Should explain I uninstalled my earlier version of PHPBB, did a new installation of V 1.4.19 and reinstalled my backup of my albums of the earlier version. Created my albums again and was able to upload them correctly only stuck on how to reinstall userpics. Thanks

What do you mean by saying that you want to reinstall pics? Why did you perform a fresh install? What issues do you have in restoring stuff? Did you actually restore the database tables? There are no personal galleries, so you need to restore the tables properly. Apart from that, the theme is broken (too wide).

I messed up the upgrade and did a complete new install. OK so I am dim  ::) Have figured out how to recover the pics - please delete this post or whatever. Apologies.

We never delete threads. We expect users to resolve them for the benefit of others. Anyway, did that for you now. Please review board rules in the future before posting.
