New to this forum and PHP, looking for where the text
« on: April 24, 2004, 06:36:00 am »

that relates to the wording "This category contains albums that belong to Coppermine users." is stored and can this be changed to reflect the name of the website so it says instead of "Coppermine Users" "websitename users"

I have tried looking in all the php files, but I'm not sure where the text labels are kept, the wording seems consistent through all the themes in the download zip file.

Your advice and help would be appreciated.

Peter

This is simply the category description, and can be changed by entering 'categories' from the admin menu, then clicking on the 'e' edit button.

I have been looking in the scripts for hours trying to figure that one out.  I thought it was a hard coded wording sort of like further advertising of Coppermine.  I have only just installed it and have been looking at the different themes to see what I like, I have the galleries show up in a mainframe of my website which has 3 frames on it, topframe, menuframe and mainframe.

I have noticed some of the themes that are available from others are a bit wider in the frame causing scolling.  Am I correct to think, that coppermine is better to display in it's own browser window  ?

Thank you very much.

Are you using cpg as a nuke module?  Standalone coppermine is best in it's own window.

ps.  only one topic per thread please.
