想导入ACCESS数据库中的图册，但是发现编码问题，不知道如何处理，请朋友&

建立简体中文的相册，通过程序本身上传及输入中文都正常，但是通过phpmyadmin查看数据库发现是乱码、

通过php编写提取access数据库内容导入程序，导入后前台看和通过phpmyadmin看都是乱码，不知道如何处理，请各位朋友帮忙！

怀疑在程序在inster和select的时候都用了别的编码，但是找不到原因，搞了2天了！郁闷！

如果只是phpmyadmin出現亂碼, 那應該是phpmyadmin的問題
phpmyadmin裡面可以選編碼
