'Registerd' Users can not upload to all Albums
« on: September 16, 2008, 02:28:49 pm »

Hi!
Newest JUpload-Version installed.

All Users can upload to all my albums with the coppermine-upload-tool. But in Jupload they cant!? There are only the own albums of each user in the dropdown-box.

Can i set any permission that the users can upload to all albums??

Thanks!!!! and great tool!!!!!!!!!!

Hum,

I have to retro-analyze the way Coppermine does that. I thought it was ok now.

Can you give me more info on:
- Anything specific to your configuration (any other plugin ?)
- Can you precise the rights given to your user's group ?
- What right did you put on the albums themselves ?

Only admins can upload to public albums.

If members should upload to such an album you have to set this in the album properties:
Quote
Note that only visitors who are members of a group for which the setting "Can upload pictures" is set to YES. Members not in the permitted group will not be able to upload files into such an album. Non-registered users are members of the "Anonymous" group.

The same rules as above apply for "Visitors can post comments" and "Visitors can rate files".

Have you set this to YES?
