Version check highlights files to keep as outdated

When upgrading, the documentation advises not to overwrite anycontent.php and custom themes. When the version check is completed, these are highlighted in red. I guess I don't have to worry about that?

yes, it's allright. It's normal if you don't have overwrite those folders.
