Database problems
« on: October 19, 2003, 03:41:00 pm »

Hi Cas!

First I'd like to thank you for making Coppermine available to PN users.

Now to my problem:

I as well as a lot of others have been trying to use the ssi mod work in PostNuke and today I got just a bit closer:
Now I get this error:

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said:

The strange thing is that the exampe.php is showing just fine outside of PostNuke but as soon as it's put in a block it can't find the DB. Any suggestions other that waiting for the next version (When will that be by the way) ?

Best regards

Hi Jens,

not too sure what the ssi-mod is about but it seems to be around a random picture and such.
The next version of pnCPG comes with a multipurpose sideblock to show :
1. Random Picture
2. Last Changed albums
3. Last added picture

The basics are done but still working on the permissions. A test sample can be seen on my home-site (www.nuy.info).

If you like to test this version, drop me a note.
