Adobe Lightroom export plug-in to Coppermine
« on: April 08, 2008, 04:19:53 pm »

Hi.

I am a user of Adobe Lightroom and I've seen that many web galleries like Gallery, Zenfolio, SmugMug, etc have export plug-ins from within Lightroom. 8)

In this plug-ins you can choose categories, album, colour space, size, jpeg quality, metadata, etc. Images are exported and uploaded directly to the web server.

This plug in would simplify my workflow a lot, It would be really great.

Do you have any plans to have a Lightroom export plug-in?

You are ofcourse welcome to code one yourself. For those interested in making such a plugin could you provide them perhaps with some links to websites of the plugins you posted about so they can get a closer look ?

I wrote a tiny FTP program which you can add in to the export options for Lightroom to FTP to a specific directory.

It is limited to around 20 files at a time due to the method Lightroom uses for passing the file names to it,  but someone might find it useful.
