I want each catogery is a page, easy for visitors, how can I change?

It means that each cat is a page the same website, so that the visitors get more acquanted. Because most of user like the the structure of the website. When visitors want to choose the cat they want, they easy to understand the way we arrange the picture.

I have some skins and look so good, but I want another change for the skin for better. Would you like to design some skin like that.?

You're welcome to create a theme that contains links to each category in a nested list or whatever you can think of. However, asking to have this created for you is beyond of what you can expect from free support.
In my opinion your index page is already very cluttered, so I would be reluctant to add even more to it.
If you can't code this, take a look at the MiniCMS plugin and use that to create a structure that matches your category structure. This is what I have done (using the MiniCMS plugin) on my personal page to achieve something similar: http://osterburken.net/galerie/index.php?cat=27

Here is my new skin, I have already designed from the skin of greenorg, so that It has a new view. Beside, it can suitable for VBB bulletin. If any body want the VBB skin of mine, I can share for you.

Your gallery is still showing the theme 2bornot2b as default theme. You have to go to coppermine's config and set your custom theme as defaul theme to display it for every site visitor. If you don't want to do that and decide to keep 2bornot2b, you can go to your gallery with your custom theme following this link: http://forumbanbe.com/album/index.php?theme=greenorg. Reset your theme to default by following this link: http://forumbanbe.com/album/index.php?theme=xxx
A theme contribution should make sure to use a different theme name (and reflect those changes in the theme files as well). I edited your user-contributed theme accordingly, renamed it to greenorg_forumbanbe and attached it to my posting.
However, I can't see how your custom theme should differ from the default behaviour in terms of what you originally requested in your initial posting: I can't see a separate category list on your page.

I want random album when user visit my gallery, how can I fix this one. Is there any thing different when Coppermine issue another version of gallery. I hope about issuing a next version of coppermine, so that We can have a best album for everybody. How can I change for now.

Read up the documentation to figure out random meta albums, it's explained there. If you have read the docs and still can't figure out, start a new thread with your question.
