I've looked through the docs and searched the forums, but can't find anything that seems to match this.

Everytime (I think) I try to 'submit' something using a form button I get a blank page returned.  putting debug mode on doesnt help, as nothing is shown...

I can upload using the single file approach as specified in the FAQ, but if I use multiple upload slots even with a tiny file, when I  assign an album and submit, the page returns blank.

I am also getting this blank result page in a couple of other places too. 

If I login :
http://photos.surfline.com/login.php?referer=index.php
This returns a blank page.  Reloading the original page shows that I am now logged in though.


If I change a config setting:
http://photos.surfline.com/admin.php
(the setting changes, but the page after 'submit' is empty


Any ideas?  this is very wierd.

Additional info...

I think it's related to the potd plugin.  This is in my error log:

[client ##.##.##.##] PHP Fatal error:  potd_filter_page(): Failed opening required 'plugins/potd/include/init.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /var/www/html/cpg134/plugins/potd/codebase.php on line 164, referer: http://photos.surfline.com/upload.php

If i disable the potd plugin everything works fine.
