I don't have a URL, because I'm running this on a local test server.

Installed Joomla 1.0.11, and Coppermine 1.4.9.  Bridged with Mehdi's current bridge.
All was fine and working well.

Realized the site needed a forum, so I added SMF 1.1RC3. I used Orstio's Joomla Bridge 1.1.6.

This worked but broke the Coppemine bridge. (Doh! didn't read enough.)

Followed Medhi's directions to disable the bridge by going directly to bridgemgr.php.  This also worked, as Coppermine now appears to be working fine. 

Problem is when I now go to Admin Tools/Bridge Manager, I just get the disable dialog perpetually.  I'd like to bridge Coppermine to SMF, (which I should have done in the first place) without needing to completely reinstall Coppermine.

Any help?

Sounds like bridging isn't actually turned off. You can disable bridging manually by directly editing your database: use a tool like phpMyAdmin, edit coppermine's config table and set bridge_enable from "1" to "0". This will turn bridging off, so you can run the bridge manager once more and use it to bridge Coppermine and SMF.

Many thanks for the quick reply.  When I checked it, however, bridge_enable was already set to 0.  But when I logged back into CPG, Bridge Manager was functioning correctly.  I'm guessing I had a cache problem.  (I'd turned off the computer and walked away for awhile.)  Enabled SMF-CPG bridge, and it's working fine.  So, mark this one solved, and thanks again.
